Individual Booking Conditions

Adiba ACS Pro MUA website is owned by Adiba ACS Pro MUA, the below policy have been set to standardise the service provided as well as to give the clients a clear image of what to expect.

BOOKING CONFIRMATION

Bookings are confirmed only after a downpayment of 50% of the total amount is received. Downpayment can be made via direct deposit/ online bank transfer/ Juice by MCB.

Following the downpayment:

1. A confirmation mail of your chosen Pre-Booked Service(s) + acknowledgement of downpayment will be sent to your email address.

   OR

2. A confirmation message of your chosen Pre-Booked Service(s) + acknowledgement of downpayment will be sent to your WhatsApp.

If your slot is available;

1. A digital contract will be sent to you via mail, outlining the nature of the service(s), agreements.

2. A form to be filled with any allergies/skin concerns the client(s) may have.

If your slot is NOT available;

1. A cancellation mail of your chosen Pre-Booked Service(s) + 100% reimbursement of your downpayment will be sent to your email address.

   OR

2. A cancellation message of your chosen Pre-Booked Service(s) + 100% reimbursement of downpayment will be sent to your WhatsApp.

ADDITIONAL MAKEUPS

Any additional service(s) not within the agreed contract will be charged as per the individual rates IF the artist is able to offer the services.

TRANSPORTATION FEES

A minimum of 2 makeups are needed for the artist to move to the client’s location.

Transport Fees are NOT included in Casual and Occasional Makeup Rates.

Transport Fees will depend on your location.

DELAYS

The flexibility timeframe is of 30 minutes.

A delay-fee of Rs500 will be charged if the waiting time exceeds the first 30 minutes, and is cumulative for any additional 30 minutes if

• the client is late for the scheduled makeup appointment.

• the scheduled makeup application exceeds the allotted time due to client delays.

IN LIEU OF CANCELLATIONS REQUEST FROM CLIENT

+4 months prior to the booked date, 100% of the downpayment will be refunded.

3 months prior to the booked date, 40% of the downpayment will be refunded.

2 months prior to the booked date, 25% of the downpayment will be refunded.

1 month or less prior to booked date, NO refund will be made.
