Bridal Booking Conditions
Adiba ACS Pro MUA website is owned by Adiba ACS Pro MUA, the below policy have been set to standardise the service provided as well as to give the clients a clear image of what to expect.
Bookings are confirmed only after a downpayment of 50% of the total amount is received. Downpayment can be made via direct deposit/ online bank transfer/ Juice by MCB/ Blink by Emtel.
Following the downpayment:
A digital contract and form will be sent to you via e-mail.
The digital contract will outline the nature of the service(s), agreements and timeline to be followed on the wedding day.
The form is to be filled by the client with regards to any allergies or skin concerns the client(s) may have.
Additional Make-Ups [not within the agreed contract] will be charged as per the individual rates IF the artist is able to offer the services.

Bridal Trials
All bridal bookings include 1 bridal trial. The bridal trial is to be done at the artist's location, else additional transport fees will be charged.
Often with elopement weddings, or bookings from outside of Mauritius, it can be difficult to have a trial - please don’t worry at all, this is totally normal for me! We can organise a video call so we can get to know each other and discuss your look.
Q: Can I book a soft glam or full glam to equal as a bridal trial?
A: We do not recommend doing so. The steps of the makeup session differs from all other types of makeup. Our bridal makeup session includes additional pampering steps & the use of luxurious, water-resistant products. Our bridal makeup is meant to keep you fresh for 12 hours, to look incredible on camera, resist the flash light photography, the dancing, the sweating, the smiling and the crying!
Additionally, your bridal trial is an opportunity to discuss everything from how to match the style of your dress, colour scheme and the look you wish to create. A bridal trial usually lasts 2-3 hours, at the end we will have established “the look” for your big day. We'll document your look with photos and video.
Transportation Fees
Transport fees to ONE* location is included in all bridal bookings.
*Changes of location within the period of service shall either be catered for, by the client or else, additional travel fees will be charged.
The flexibility timeframe is of 30 minutes.
A delay-fee of Rs500 will be charged if the waiting time exceeds the first 30 minutes, and is cumulative for any additional 30 minutes if
the client is late for the scheduled makeup appointment.

Refunds will be respected as followed;
9 months prior to the booked date, no trial done.
100% of the downpayment will be refunded
Up to 4 months before booked date, after bridal trial.
25% of the downpayment will be refunded.
Less than 2 months prior to booked date, after bridal trial.
NO refund will be made.
